LoanSupervisor uses a highly-flexible security architecture to enable you to allow users access to a wide variety of functions based on their need for access. Access is granted to specific functions so you have the flexibility to allow users access to required functions without having to grant broad access to other functions. For example, you can allow a store user to take payments, but limit the ability to issue credits to store managers. Security is assigned by user ID so each user can have a unique set of access permissions. Every transaction is associated with the user completing the transaction, and can be searched for auditing purposes.
